Description
This is the course for new entrants to the real estate industry. It covers the educational requirements needed to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for Real Estate Salesperson Registration. The Property Occupations Act 2014 requires all people performing the role of salesperson or property manager in Queensland to have a registration certificate.

Study Method

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are issued with a Statement of Attainment for 12x units of competency forming part of the CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Providing required training to apply for a Real Estate Salesperson Registration with the Office of Fair Trading. Check your eligibility with the QLD Office of Fair Trading HERE

If you wish to become a Fully Licenced Real Estate Agent where you can work for agencies as a contractor or start your own agency, you will need to study your Full Real Estate Agent Licence

Delivery
While it is possible to complete this course with Self-Paced Learning up to 6 months, most of our students find it much more efficient to attend our 5 days class where our trainers with real life experience teach students via lectures and tutorials. It is possible to complete all assessments including roleplays in class.
