It covers the educational requirements needed to apply to the Office of Fair Trading for Real Estate Salesperson Registration. The Property Occupations Act 2014 requires all people performing the role of salesperson or property manager in Queensland to have a registration certificate. #### What you'll learn - Residential sales - Risk management - Property management - Basic trust accounting - Commercial leasing and sales #### Study Method - 5 full day classes (9am - 5pm) physically in class**\*** or virtually via Zoom**\*\*** - All assessment is attempted during classroom hours with trainer guidance \* Classroom located at 37 Wembley Road, Logan Central QLD 4114 \*\* Zoom classes (virtual) are real time classes not recordings #### Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, students are issued with a Statement of Attainment for 12x units of competency forming part of the CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
