Description
This course provides the necessary upgrade units where you have previously completed the 12x Real Estate Salesperson's Registration units forming part of the CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Those 12x units plus this upgrade of 7x units making a total of 19x units are required by the Office of Fair Trading QLD to enable you to apply for a QLD Real Estate Agents licence.
A Full Real Estate Licence in Queensland grants you the authority to own and manage your own real estate agency, and act as the principal licensee. It also enables you to work as an independent contractor and provide your services to an existing agency. This licence provides greater flexibility and opportunities for career advancement in the real estate industry, including the ability to manage and supervise salespeople and property managers.
Study Method
- 5 full day classes (9am - 5pm) physically in class* or virtually via Zoom**
- All assessment is attempted during classroom hours with trainer guidance
* Classroom located at 37 Wembley Road, Logan Central QLD 4114
** Zoom classes (virtual) are real time classes not recordings
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are issued with a Statement of Attainment for 6x units of competency forming part of the CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and 1x unit of competency forming part of the CPP51122 - Diploma of Property (Agency Management). Using the Statement of Attainments and your previous Statement of Attainment together, grants students the required training to apply for a Real Estate Agent Licence with the Office of Fair Trading. NOTE: It is the student's responsibility to ensure they have the current 12x units from the CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice NOT included in this upgrade when applying with OFT. If you are unsure, please give us a call on 07 3878 8513.

Delivery
While it is possible to complete this course with Self-Paced Learning up to 12 months, most of our students find it much more efficient to attend our 5 days class where our trainers with real life experience teach students via lectures and tutorials. It is possible to complete all assessments including roleplays in class.
